Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all clients and to respect reserved appointment times, the following policy applies:

24-Hour Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.

No-Shows
Failure to be present or ready for a scheduled mobile appointment will be considered a no-show and will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

Appointments must be managed through the Acuity Scheduling system:

  1. Locate your confirmation email or text

  2. Click “Change/Cancel Appointment”

  3. Select your desired option and confirm
