TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking, purchasing, participating in, or receiving services from Glow by Dominique (“Glow by Dominique” or “Business”), you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. APPOINTMENTS & PAYMENTS
A deposit or payment may be required to secure an appointment depending on the service booked.
Any remaining balance, travel fees, add-ons, upgrades, or other applicable charges are due according to the terms presented during booking or no later than the time of service.
Appointments are not considered confirmed until accepted and/or confirmed by Glow by Dominique.
Pricing, availability, services, packages, and promotions are subject to change.
2. MOBILE SERVICE & TRAVEL
Glow by Dominique is a fully mobile spray tanning service based in Wellen Park, Florida.
Travel within qualifying Wellen Park communities is complimentary. Appointments outside of the complimentary service area may be subject to an additional travel fee based on distance from Downtown Wellen Park.
Clients are responsible for entering a complete and accurate service address when booking.
Any applicable travel fee will be disclosed or confirmed before the appointment whenever reasonably possible.
Current service areas and travel fees are available on the Glow by Dominique website.
3. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
Glow by Dominique requires at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that cannot be completed because the Client is unavailable or not reasonably ready at the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of any deposit and/or a charge up to the full scheduled service amount.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
4. MOBILE SERVICE ENVIRONMENT
The Client agrees to provide a clean, safe, well-lit, and adequately ventilated service area of approximately 6 ft x 6 ft with reasonable access to two electrical outlets.
Glow by Dominique provides the professional spray tanning equipment, tent, products, and mobile setup.
Glow by Dominique reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, inadequately ventilated, or otherwise unsuitable for performing the service.
5. PET POLICY
For the safety and comfort of everyone involved, all pets must be secured and kept outside of the service area before setup begins and throughout the appointment.
Glow by Dominique is not responsible for delays, disruptions, accidents, property damage, or other issues caused by unsecured pets.
6. PROPERTY, PRODUCT TRANSFER & STAINING
Spray tanning uses cosmetic products that may temporarily transfer onto clothing, towels, bedding, furniture, flooring, or other surfaces.
The Client agrees to take reasonable precautions to protect personal belongings and the surrounding service area.
Glow by Dominique is not responsible for staining, transfer, damage, or loss to personal property or surfaces resulting from spray tanning products before, during, or after the appointment, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
7. PREPARATION & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Spray tan results depend significantly on proper preparation and aftercare.
Clients agree to review and follow all preparation instructions provided before their appointment, including recommendations regarding exfoliation, shaving, waxing, lotions, oils, deodorant, skincare products, and other body products.
Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect color development, evenness, longevity, and fade.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding known allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, skin conditions, or other circumstances that may reasonably affect the service.
8. RESULTS & COLOR DEVELOPMENT
Every Glow by Dominique spray tan is customized using factors including the Client’s skin tone, undertone, desired depth, selected solution, lifestyle, and rinse timing.
Individual results naturally vary.
Skin condition, hydration, hormones, medications, preparation, aftercare, sweating, water exposure, chlorine, salt water, skincare products, exfoliation, and lifestyle factors may influence color development, longevity, and fade.
Glow by Dominique cannot guarantee an exact shade, an exact number of days of wear, or identical results from one appointment to another.
The goal of every appointment is customized, natural-looking color appropriate for the individual Client.
9. THE GLOW PROMISE
Your spray tan should look like you—just glowier.
If something about your color or application does not look right after your first rinse, contact Glow by Dominique within 48 hours of your appointment.
When recommended preparation, rinse, and aftercare instructions have been followed, Glow by Dominique will evaluate the concern and, when appropriate, provide a reasonable correction at no additional charge.
Clients may be asked to provide clear photographs in natural lighting so the concern can be evaluated.
The Glow Promise does not apply to concerns caused by failure to follow preparation, rinse, or aftercare instructions; incorrect rinse timing; swimming; sweating; water exposure during development; incompatible skincare or body products; or other circumstances outside Glow by Dominique’s reasonable control.
Corrections provided under the Glow Promise do not constitute a cash refund.
10. DHA, SKIN SENSITIVITY & PRODUCT USE
Professional spray tanning solutions contain dihydroxyacetone (DHA), which temporarily darkens the outermost layer of the skin.
Individual sensitivities or reactions may occur.
Clients agree to disclose known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or other relevant concerns before receiving service.
Spray tanning products are intended for external cosmetic use. Clients agree to follow all instructions provided during the appointment regarding breathing, positioning, and protection of the eyes, lips, and other sensitive areas.
Glow by Dominique does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and does not provide medical advice.
Clients with questions regarding whether spray tanning is appropriate for a medical condition, pregnancy, medication, allergy, or other health concern should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before receiving service.
11. POST-SERVICE CARE
Clients agree to follow the personalized rinse time and aftercare instructions provided by Glow by Dominique.
Water, sweating, exercise, heat, tight clothing, swimming, skincare products, exfoliation, and other external factors may affect color development and longevity.
Glow by Dominique is not responsible for results negatively affected by failure to follow recommended post-service instructions.
A spray tan does not provide sun protection. Clients should continue to use appropriate SPF and sun-protection practices.
12. REFUNDS
Because spray tanning services are customized and performed specifically for each Client, completed services are final sale and generally non-refundable.
Application or color concerns that qualify under The Glow Promise will be addressed according to the 48-hour Glow Promise rather than through a cash refund.
Packages, memberships, gift cards, promotional purchases, and discounted services are subject to their applicable terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. GROUP GLOW APPOINTMENTS
Every Group Glow guest is treated as an individual Client, even when one person schedules or pays for the entire group.
Each guest must have her own information associated with an appointment, including:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Required consultation and intake information
Each guest is responsible for completing all required consultation questions and reviewing preparation, rinse, and aftercare instructions before receiving service.
One person may pay for the entire group, or guests may pay individually using the applicable Group Glow booking option or group promotional code.
The person organizing the group is responsible for providing accurate guest information and helping ensure that all members of the group are present and reasonably ready at the scheduled appointment time.
Additional guests, substitutions, or significant changes to group size should be approved by Glow by Dominique in advance.
Group pricing is based on the number of guests booked. If the final group size changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
14. THE GLOW CLUB MEMBERSHIP
The Glow Club is a recurring monthly spray tanning membership.
Classic Glow Club — $99/month
Includes two eligible Classic Glow appointments every 30 days.
Rapid + Clear Glow Club — $109/month
Includes two eligible Rapid and/or Clear Glow appointments every 30 days.
Glow Club appointments and benefits are for the named member only and are non-transferable.
Unused monthly appointments do not roll over into future billing cycles unless specifically stated otherwise.
Unused appointments have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, account credit, or services for another person.
Membership appointments are subject to availability and all standard cancellation, rescheduling, travel, and no-show policies.
Glow Club memberships automatically renew according to the billing terms presented at the time of purchase until cancelled in accordance with the membership cancellation terms provided at checkout.
Membership pricing and benefits remain available while the membership is active and in good standing, subject to the terms disclosed at purchase.
15. THE GLOW CIRCLE REFERRAL PROGRAM
The Glow Circle rewards existing Clients for referring eligible new Clients to Glow by Dominique.
To qualify, the referred person must be a new Client who has not previously received services from Glow by Dominique.
The new Client must identify the referring Client at the time of booking or before completion of the first appointment.
Referral rewards are issued only after the referred Client completes a qualifying appointment and payment has been received.
Glow Circle Rewards:
Referrals 1–4:
Earn a $10 Glow Credit for each eligible completed referral.
Referral #5:
Receive 50% off one Classic Glow.
Referrals 6–9:
Earn a $10 Glow Credit for each eligible completed referral.
Referral #10:
Receive one complimentary Classic Glow.
The referral cycle resets after the tenth successful referral.
Glow Circle rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
Referral rewards may not be combined with Glow Club memberships, Group Glow bookings, Bridal Glow packages, Competition Glow services, or promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise.
Glow by Dominique reserves the right to verify referrals and deny fraudulent, duplicate, self-referrals, or otherwise ineligible referrals.
Glow by Dominique may modify or discontinue The Glow Circle prospectively at its discretion.
16. PACKAGES, PROMOTIONAL OFFERS & DISCOUNT CODES
Packages, discounts, coupon codes, promotional pricing, and special offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase or booking.
Unless specifically stated otherwise:
Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
Promotional discounts have no cash value.
Discounts apply only to the designated service or booking type.
Eligibility requirements and expiration dates apply as disclosed.
Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed appointments.
17. BRIDAL GLOW PACKAGES
Bridal Glow packages are intended for use by the Client who purchased the package and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Appointments included in a Bridal Glow package are subject to availability and standard booking, cancellation, travel, and no-show policies.
Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments with sufficient time before bridal events and wedding dates.
Glow by Dominique strongly recommends completing a trial spray tan before the wedding-day appointment whenever possible.
Unused Bridal Glow appointments have no cash value and are not refundable after the applicable refund or cancellation period disclosed at purchase.
18. COMPETITION GLOW SERVICES
Competition Glow services are designed specifically for bodybuilding, fitness, cheer, dance, and other stage or performance events.
Competition color is intentionally deeper than a traditional everyday spray tan because it is designed to appear under stage lighting.
Final stage appearance may also be affected by venue lighting, competition requirements, oil, shimmer, posing, sweating, clothing, and other factors outside Glow by Dominique’s control.
Optional second coats, stage oil, shimmer, and finishing services may be purchased separately when available.
Clients are responsible for confirming any tanning, color, product, or stage-finish requirements imposed by their specific competition or organization.
19. GIFT CARDS
Glow by Dominique gift cards may be used toward eligible services according to the terms provided at purchase.
Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards are non-transferable unless otherwise stated and may not be used to purchase another gift card unless expressly permitted.
Any service balance exceeding the available gift card value remains the Client’s responsibility.
All standard booking, cancellation, travel, and service policies apply when redeeming gift cards.
20. AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be at least 18 years old to independently book and consent to services.
Clients under the age of 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian. Glow by Dominique may also require the parent or legal guardian to be present during the appointment.
Glow by Dominique reserves the right to decline service to a minor.
21. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR DISCONTINUE SERVICE
Glow by Dominique reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary.
This may include unsafe or unsuitable service conditions, inappropriate or threatening behavior, intoxication, undisclosed contraindications, inability to safely perform the service, or failure to comply with Business policies.
Any refund or payment determination in these circumstances will depend on the reason the service could not be performed.
22. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Clients acknowledge that cosmetic spray tanning may involve risks including skin irritation, allergic reactions, uneven development, product transfer, staining, or dissatisfaction with cosmetic results.
The Client voluntarily chooses to receive the service after having the opportunity to disclose relevant concerns and ask questions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client releases and holds harmless Glow by Dominique from claims arising from the ordinary and disclosed risks of the service or from the Client’s failure to follow instructions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive liability that cannot legally be waived.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Glow by Dominique may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to services, pricing, memberships, programs, policies, or Business operations.
The version in effect at the time of booking or purchase will govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
25. AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking, purchasing, participating in, or receiving services from Glow by Dominique, the Client confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as well as any additional service-specific policies presented during booking.
