TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking or receiving services from Glow by Dominique (“Business”), you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Appointments & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Appointments are not confirmed until accepted by Business.

2. Travel Policy

Mobile service within Wellen Park is complimentary. Locations outside of this area are subject to a travel fee based on distance from Downtown Wellen Park and will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to be ready at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of deposit and/or additional fees.

4. Assumption of Risk

Client understands that spray tanning may involve risks including, but not limited to, skin irritation, allergic reactions, uneven results, or dissatisfaction. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the service.

5. Mobile Service Environment

Client agrees to provide a clean, safe, well-lit, adequately ventilated space (minimum 6ft x 6ft) with access to two outlets. Business reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

6. Pet Policy

All pets must be secured and kept out of the service area. Business is not responsible for any disruptions, accidents, or issues related to unsecured pets.

7. Property, Transfer & Staining

Spray tanning involves cosmetic solutions that may transfer to fabrics and surfaces. Client agrees to protect surrounding items including clothing, furniture, flooring, towels, bedding, and personal belongings.

Glow by Dominique is not responsible for any staining, damage, or loss to personal property or surfaces before, during, or after the service.

8. Results, Color & Preparation

Results vary based on skin type, tone, preparation, lifestyle, medications, and aftercare. No specific outcome or longevity is guaranteed.

Client acknowledges that proper preparation (exfoliation, shaving, and avoiding lotions, oils, and deodorant) directly impacts results and accepts responsibility if instructions are not followed.

9. Skin Sensitivity & Product Use

Spray tanning solutions contain DHA, which temporarily colors the outer layer of the skin. While generally safe, individual reactions may occur.

Client confirms all known allergies or sensitivities have been disclosed and accepts responsibility for any reaction. Business does not provide medical advice.

10. Post-Service Factors

Client understands that water, sweating, heat, and external factors may affect results. Business is not responsible for outcomes influenced by post-service care.

11. No Refund Policy

All services are final sale due to the customized nature of spray tanning. Any adjustments are made at the discretion of Business and do not imply liability.

12. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Client releases and holds harmless Glow by Dominique from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from services provided, including personal injury, property damage, or dissatisfaction with results.

13. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years of age. Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present and consent prior to service.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking or receiving services, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
