Travel Policy

Glow by Dominique is a fully mobile spray tanning service based in Wellen Park, Florida. I bring the professional setup directly to your home, hotel, vacation rental, or approved location throughout Wellen Park + select surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Travel fees are based on the service location's distance from Downtown Wellen Park.

Complimentary Travel in Wellen Park

There is no additional travel fee for appointments within qualifying Wellen Park communities and designated complimentary service areas. Qualifying communities include: Antigua • Ashcombe • Augusta Villas • Avelina • BB Living • Boca Royale • Brightmore • Everly • Esplanade • Fairway Village • Governors Green • Grand Palm • Gran Place • IslandWalk • Lakespur • Myrtle Trace • Oakbend • Oasis • Palmera • Plantation Lakes • Renaissance • Sarasota National • Solstice • Stillwell • Sunstone • Sunstone Lakeside • The Courtyards at Plantation • The Plantation Golf & Country Club • The Reserve • Tortuga • Tropia • Wellen Park Golf & Country Club • Wexford on the Green • Wysteria + select surrounding communities Wellen Park Travel: Complimentary

Travel Fees Outside the Complimentary Service Area

Travel fees are calculated based on distance from Downtown Wellen Park. Up to 15 miles — $20 15–25 miles — $30 25+ miles — $40 Travel outside the standard service area is subject to appointment availability. Your exact travel fee is based on the service address provided when booking and will be reviewed and confirmed before your appointment.

Group Glow Travel

Planning a Group Glow? Group appointments with 2 or more guests at the same location receive complimentary travel within 25 miles of Downtown Wellen Park. For Group Glow appointments located more than 25 miles away, an additional travel fee may apply and will be confirmed based on the service address.

Hotels, Vacation Rentals + Other Locations

Mobile appointments may also be available at hotels, vacation rentals, event venues, and other approved locations. The Client is responsible for confirming that the property permits an outside service provider and that an appropriate space is available for the mobile setup. Additional parking, valet, access, or location-specific fees charged by a property are the Client's responsibility and may be added to the appointment when applicable.
